Resetting Footnote Numbers

Hi All,

How do I get the footnote numbers to reset on an H1 change? I thought
I remember this changing automatically on OO, but now I have changed
to LO it doesn't seem to happen. Did I miss something?

Tools → Footnotes / endnotes → Footnote tab → count per chapter.
