Hi Cor,
vpater's rights were set at the language level. However, at the
project level vpater's rights were reduced explicitely. I fixed this
by removing that user from the project, now all users have the same
rights for terminilogy as those are defined for the language.

Though I do not fully understand the logic ( 'now all users have') ... thanks for fixing
