I've just tried rollApp on an iPad a friend lent me. The UI is only available in English and Russian (no idea why those two) only and I can't see a way of adding another one via their service. Not even big languages like German or French are on offer.
All (well, a lot of them, I didn't count) locales are available to set as document locale/language.

Oh, that’s a bit disappointing, but that may be because of space
limitations, I think. Does anyone know if RollApp is planning to add
more languages to their LibreOffice build?
RollApp founders are Ukrainian, and speak Russian. The project is
completely independent from TDF, so LibreOffice localization team is not
involved. I am going to write to my contact there to ask why they limit
localizations to English and Russian, and explain the we have a wider
community (which is disappointed by the lack of most of the languages
available with LibreOffice).
