The screen shot in my original e-mail (see below) has been stripped out.

The error message in a pop-up window in the centre of the screen reads

  Saving the document title (I've removed the document title for
confidentiality reasons)
  Write error
  Error in writing sub-document content.xml

With an OK button to dismiss the window.
