Sending to Master document with a local settings

Hi,

Have problem with sending opened file do a master document if using croatian UI. If local settings, and UI are set to croatian, when using File - Send - To master document (in Croatian menu not on English as posted here) error is shown: Master document can not be saved (again, in Croatian, not English).

If I change user interface to English, every thing works fine.

Can tell what's wrong but thought should post it here so other local teams can check it to...

What platform you use, Debian Wheezy here, LO versio 4.0.4.2. Mihovil mailed me and there is no problem with 4.1rc4, at least he doesn't.

I´m on Win 7 with 4.0.4

Report as 4.0 branch bug. We still have 2 more releases. (or not cause it
seems fixed in 4.1)

It is fixed in 4.1, but it is long way to 4.0.6, at least to 4.1.1 (since 4.1.0 has few it's own bugs...)

I can confirm it with Debian Testing AMD64 and parallel installed
Germanophone version of LO Version: 4.1.0.4
Build ID: 89ea49ddacd9aa532507cbf852f2bb22b1ace28 ... :frowning:

No, it isn't .. .:frowning: I got the message "Das Dokument konnte nicht
erzeugt werden." (something like "The document could not be created"
or such ... :wink: ).

I've the same version as yours but can't reproduce with FR UI. I'm going to comment the issue too.

Hm, we don't have "master document" always translated equally and I wonder can that be the problem? Does German version has the same situation?

What do you mean with "translated equally"? That you have translated
it differently in your language? If so, not as far as I know ... :wink:

Previous translators translated "master document" as "nadzorni dokument", we did were translating as "glavni dokument", we are aware that it should be corrected - and we will. :smiley: I know German is quite different from Croatian :wink:
