'Sheet' menu for DEB version of LO 5.1 Calc

Can someone comment on the status of the [missing] 'Sheet' menu for DEB
version of LO 5.1 Calc?

Ver Version: 5.1.1.3 installed on Ubuntu 15.10 does have the sheet menu.

If you have been fiddling with your menus in the past, the Sheet menu may not appear. The solution then is to reset the menus to the default. In a Writer document: Tools > Customize... > Menus > Reset.
