Smart pdf forms with calculations

Has anyone tried to use LO to create a smart form that does calculations? I'm thinking of an order form that calculates sales tax based on the location and shipping cost based on the destination. Some areas have no sales tax, others a little, etc.

You couldn't export any code like Javascript with LibreOffice. So you
couldn't calculate anythin there. Try it with Scribus.
