[Solved] Calc Pivot Table layout

Further experimentation surfaced a solution. In the attached file, Type was
already a column field. When multiple items are placed in the data fields
area a Data column is automatically created after the "Row fields" columns
and before the "Column field" columns. If the cell containing the label for
that column is dragged to the Column field area (in the pivot table itself,
not in Edit mode) then it becomes a side-by-side display. In my case I had
to drag Type to a point before Data after doing so to get the order right
but it worked.
