technical support questions in the future. (Thanks Sophie for giving me
that link )

It is fun to deal with occasional questions on this mailing list but it
distracts people from the main work people do here. When you use that link
you might find that some of the same people who helped here are also
answering support questions over there because people are often in more
than 1 team. Other people prefer to focus without distraction or have
limited time and an overwhelming amount to do here.

So, many thanks everyone!! :)) Great work there :)) Sorry for the extra
noise / traffic
