Spellchecking install loop?

Before I report a bug, is anyone else getting a loop when they install a spellchecker via an oxt from their hard drive? If I go with Restart Now, when LO restarts, I am asked to accept the license again and to ... restart again. I can only get out of it by doing Restart Later and then manually restarting, which doesn't re-activate the installation screen.
