StartCenter Help button not localised on master 4500

Hi,

I build my own version of LibreOffice from master on Mac.

I have also built with FR localisation and installed the FR language
pack separately after installing master from the packaged DMG.

When I switch the language of the UI to French, and restart LO, the
StartCenter contains a Help button which is not localized.

Is this an oversight, or an error in the build ?
