Status update on replacing old website template

Hello

Last May I made ticket on LO Redmine
https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/2886 in order to have
base website template replaced with current version. Target time got
changed two times and the last activity on this issue dates back to
July. I don't think it would be a sign of my impatience if I asked here whether someone could push it forward?
