Strings not localised in 4.0.2 (repository official version)

Hi Andras,

In Tools - Customize, I cannot see the localized description of the commands.

I have this problem with version 4.0.2 with Kubuntu 13.04 (KDE 4.10.4)
updated.

Could you check it with recent 4.0.x versions ? (4.0.4)

or even better - in 4.1/master ?

You need localized help packs for that.

You need localized help packs for that.

Andras, the help packs for that version are, AFAIK, fully translated.

Yes, but you are using Kubuntu which has a known packaging bug for ages.
