System menu strings should be localizable

Hi,

I saw there are some strings that are taken from the OS, e. g. "Save", "Save As" and "Save Copy" from the File menu. These strings are shown in the OS language and not in the LO language. There are minority languages like Upper Sorbian and Lower Sorbian which do not have any localized OS.

Please make these strings localizable.
