To answer the question of the recent post, assuming the fonts were actually
installed *using the operating system's provisions* (on Windows that
requires run the installation as Administrator and acknowledging the UAC if
active).

Then restart the system. On next launch the fonts should be available to
both LibreOffice, or any other program.
