Terminology is missing from new 4.3 project (HR locale). Our terminology was part of project (file inside root directory) not separate project. Not sure why since I see terminology is usualy separate project from liboui, but I guess that was introduced later.
I know that transfer isn't finished, but annoucing it in advance.
