No, definitely not a troll--Jack Wallen is a long present fixture on the Tech
Republic site.

I find his commentary reasonably unbiased... and I think his handling of the
Collabora supported GovOffice to cover things reasonably well... its good
press.

I'm quite curious to know when "Incremental Windows Installer .MSP patches"
will be available to LibreOffice users...

For developing countries where internet connections are slow it would be a
big improvement to download an incremental patch with a few Megabytes
instead of 200Mb for each x.x.1 update...
