Three different "Conference proceedings" in Bibliography dialogs

Hi *,

I recently noticed there are three distinct entries for "Conference
proceedings" in the Entries tab of Insert Index/Table dialog (with type:
Bibliography) and the Define Bibliography Entry dialog (key-IDs: KTqh,
zS5Y, u2t3). Why?
