Tips of the week -help needed

Curiously wondering what this site is -
I clicked on this URL -
after a long moment, and allowing java,
a page scrolled up, filled with colorful lines of what
appears to be some chat-room [huh?]

I expected to see a list of tips and/or a form to add some tips
[???]
I was planning to add the tips which I've been mentioning on
this list;
              but I don't do chat-rooms, etc.

We use these "pads" for a lot of things. This is not a chat room but you can just type in what you have to write and it will record it.

Best,

Charles.

Hi
I think you just write in a suitable place. It's a bit weird and feels all
wrong because we are so used to have to register and sign-up for things.
I'm not sure what protects the page from spammers and such but i suspect
there is something.

Hi
It kinda feels brilliant to use. So refreshing. I've used wiki-pages
quite a bit and that felt fairly simple to start with but allows greater
complexity to creep in when you want. This wipes all that aside and just
seems to stay simple.

I only did a really brief note and then deleted it again and i didn't even
check to see if my edit would be visible on a different machine. It just
felt like it would. My typing was given a different font-colour which
opens up possibilities.
