To edit the "Language instructions" in the right sidebar of the Pootle

Hi all,

In the old Pootle installation, the administrator of the local language can
set and edit the "Language instructions" at the right sidebar for the
language.

I have set the instructions for traditional Chinese before, and would like
to edit part of the content now. How can I change it?

It's no more possible, you can send me the text and I'll copy and paste it.
