Translating on pootle.documentfoundation.org

Hello,

I registerd on pootle.documentfoundation.org, I can't find any tool to upload po file. May normal user has permission to do that? How can I upload po file to pootle?

Unless your username is not vuhung, in which case he has to grant you the appropriate permissions first.
