If I read the ML right, we're delaying due to a bug?

If not, here's a merged file based on the templates from earlier:

Also, lo-build-nb.po is somewhat more complete. Will it take
priority over the rest?

No, if you mean http://bugs.locamotion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1632. I just
need an extra check before commit. Such small issue will not stop the
process.

I'll commit both then. lo-build-nb.po takes precedence.
