Translation of 4 words for helponline.

Hello l10n team

To have the new help online localized I need your assistance to
translate 4 words: 'Index', 'Contents', 'Find' and 'Language'.

I have set a wiki page with more details at
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/NewHelpOnline . Just
edit the section of your language using your native character set.

Thanks to all that have responded so far. More languages to come I hope.

You can see the results in the 6.0 version of the new helponline, for
example at

and change the language above (fr) to your language in the url, or in
the dropdown list on the top right.

I have changed the zh_TW and zh_CN title to better present the difference
and reflect the name used locally.
Also the translation of "contents" of zh_TW is fixed.
