Translations from Pootle pushed to git (for 3.4 rc2), bugs to fix

Hi Sveinn,

Fixed (hopefully all) Icelandic (is) errors, those were missing XML
characters (> and /) in helpcontent2.

But, I can see that now there's a bunch of new inconsistencies between msgid
and msgstr strings.
Mostly XML markup like (in /swriter/guide.po);

#: borders.xhp#par_id6129947.help.text
#, fuzzy
msgid "Choose <item type=\"menuitem\">Table - Table properties</item>."
msgstr "Veldu <emph>Skrá - Flytja út</emph>."

This is a fuzzy message. It is fuzzy, because markup changed at some
point and you need to adjust your translation accordingly.

Or;

#: mailmerge03.xhp#par_idN10543.help.text
<link href="text/swriter/01/mailmerge03.xhp">Mail Merge Wizard -
Addresses</link>
<link href="text/swriter/01/mailmerge00.xhp">Leiðarvísir fyrir
póstsameiningu - Heimilisföng</link>

This is also a fuzzy message. That's why it was not reported by me.
Fuzzy messages do not get into the build. It would be a non-fatal
error.

Also, the sheer number of locales all of a sudden full of bugs is quite
suspicious.

Many locales do not have active translation teams. So basically I post
the same list every week, however, things are getting better slowly.
Thanks for all, who correct translation bugs and help to make the list
shorter. :slight_smile:

Best regards,
Andras
