confirmed with de and en_US helppacks

Seems restricted to the "help about help" sections - I did not find missing
figures elsewhere (but tested only 20-30 random help pages)

Please provide a short summary in such requests..

It makes it much easier to follow/handle. Esp. when other people ask
the same question having read a description might ring a bell, even
when not looking at the issues themselves.
