Are these units that will be computing (like processor units) or units in
which to compute (like cm, m, inches etc.)?

Is it a verb (Anchor it) or a noun (This anchor)?

This dialog refers to OpenCL, a technology we are introducing to
accelerate the calculation of large arrays of numbers.
