"Choose which program features you want installed and where they will
be installed. For example here you can select additional user
interface languages and spelling dictionaries."
=> Choose which program features you want installed ???

I reckon this should be "Choose which program features you want to install"

Thanks.

Hi
Your way is more correct but the original way is acceptable in English.  That sort of thing is often used in Business/Marketing and by art critics.

Hi, Tom.

Your way is more correct but the original way is acceptable in English.

Wow.. I didn't know that. Thank you for the info.

Hi
You are welcome!

The original is a real mess of different tenses.  There seems to be some sort of future tense as in "you are going to install" but mixed with a past tense "how do you want your system to have been set-up after you have set it up".  Really messy and unnecessary but it is in fairly common usage.
Thanks and regards from
