yes, they're untranslatable (and have been for ages, AFAIR) since they're
HTML code (well, kind of).
It wouldn't make much sense to translate them as such, but rather to change
tha originals into descriptions first -- something like [Opens in:] "New
window/tab", "Parent frame", "Same window/tab/frame", "Top frame".
