Untranslated UI message in 7.3/Nightly build

Hi,

Why are so many parts of the user interface untranslated in the
7.3/nightly build?
These parts have been translated in the Weblate master.

Christian is looking at it and he answered on the CJK telegram channel
that it needs further investigation because the strings are available in
the .po file in the repository, see:
