The document converter finds the files, then crashes with this
error:Basic Runtime error.
An exception occurred.
Type:com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException
Message: [msci_uno bridge error] unexpected C++ exception occured!.
just found out that disabling the generation of a log file makes this
error disappear and the conversion terminate (AFAICT, after opening
some randomly chosen converted files) successfully. Pointers to a
Linux version and/or how to fix that bug still welcome, in case I need
to do this again...
