v4 or later PDF Guides with bookmarks.

Looks like my manual reply worked and got included in the thread, so I'll just do the same again

Hm, strange. The first time I viewed and downloaded the file they weren't there. Anyway, thanks for the bookmarks, they're awesome! The fact that they have the capitalization and everything suggests that you made them by copying and pasting and that it was indeed a very quick process.
I'm jealous of that pdf software, I'll continue to search for alternatives here...

It is even faster than that. Just select any text and press a hotkey and it
is added as a bookmark named after the select text.

If you do find a multi-platform Open Source program that does the same
please do share the information here.
