Hi all,

im Auftrag von Robert Großkopf, der momentan die Listen
mailtechnisch aus noch ungeklärten Gründen nicht erreichen kann,
sende ich Euch nachstehend seine Info über die Veröffentlichung des
Base-Handbuches:

At the request of Robert Grosskopf, who for some unknown technical
reason has no access to the mailing lists at present, I am sending the
following information about the latest release of his Base guide:

Hi all,

das neue Base-Handbuch 5.1 ist vor allem von Franklin in Bezug auf
Ungereimtheiten im Text und Rechtschreibfehler / Zeichensetzung
durchgesehen worden.

The latest release 5.1 of the Base Guide has been proofread for typing
and other errors, and figure numbering, by Franklin.

Als neue Kapitel sind hinzugekommen:
Darstellungsgröße von Formularen (0,5 S.)
Diagramme in Formulare einbinden (6 S.)
Berichte: Datums- und Zeitwerte in Diagrammen (0,5 S.)
Direkter Import von Daten aus Calc (3 S.)
MySQL-Datenbanken - Filterung über die Verbindungsnummer (0,5 S.)
Funktionserweiterungen und -änderungen in Base im Laufe der
LO-Versionen (1 S.)

New chapters have been added :
How to set the scale of forms (half page)
How to insert charts into forms (6 pages)
How to display date and time values in charts (half page)
Direct import of data from Calc (3 pages)
MySQL databases : filtering datasets via a linked field (half page)
Extensions in and changes to Base functions throughout the various
versions of LibreOffice
