My name is Anh Phan. The reason why I have written this email is that: I
would like to join in the project for localization the Vietnamese Interface
of Libre Office.
I can't make any contact with the group for Vietnamese leaders. So I chose
to write this email and send it the mailing list instead.

I guess, that would be enough qualification to apply for the Vietnamese
Group.
So please, anyone in here, who is in charge of the Vietnamese Translation
Unit, please accept me to join in.
