Weblate slowness when (editing and) saving a suggestion

Hi All

during the review of the suggestions left by our collaborators, we noticed
that if we click the "Accept" button, the interface responds quickly and go to
the next suggestion; if we click the "Accept and edit" button (pen-like icon),
add the suggested string to the target field and then click the Save button,
after having, *or not*, modified it, the response time for the Save command is
very slow.

Could you please check? This is a big problem while working online, the time
is short.
