Weblate upgrade this Friday

Hi *,

Weblate will be upgraded to 3.10.3 this Friday.
Since this update includes some bigger changes to the database, the
update will take quite a bit of time.
The update starts around 10 UTC and will last until the evening.

Hi Christian,

the upgrade is ok, but I noticed the old Italian translation for the Weblate interface.

AFAIK, this is a strange thing...

But, maybe, some Weblate translator reverted some strings to an old (and wrong) translation...
