You can translate those. In my case, I looked at the old MicroMundos
Pro’s Spanish LOGO commands to create similar ones.
Ok, but still confused.
Let's take the string tFoAo; why has the Spanish version 4 variants ?
(en) forward|fd
(de) vor|vr
(es) avanza|adelante|av|ad
(fr) avance|av
(it) forward|fd
Or, string BEiyw; why has the Spanish version added 2 more variants ?
(en) home
(de) anfang
(es) inicio|casa|centro
(fr) origine
(it) home
etc.

The strings are commands in the programming language Logo.
The "|" in this case means "or".
To move the turtle forward 100 pixels (or what) you can in English use the command "forward 100" or the command "fd 100".
In Spanish the translator(s) have chosen to use 4 commands to do the same thing.
In Norwegian nynorsk (nn) I have added the English command "forward" to make it possible to use this word in addition to the commands in Norwegian.
By using more than one command for the same function, the LibreOffice Logo is more compatible to other Logo versions.

That clarifies my confusion regarding the additional strings in some languages.
Thank you,

For completeness sake: the | in windows installer strings from the
instsetoo_native module would separate the help text for the control
by a "reserved for future use" alternative functionality in windows
installer and is required.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/msi/control-table
"Optional, localizable text strings that are used with the Help
button. The string is divided into two parts by a separator character
(|). The first part of the string is used as ToolTip text. This text
is used by screen readers for controls that contain a picture. The
second part of the string is reserved for future use. The separator
character is required even if only one of the two kinds of text is
present."
