When to add translated help

Hello,
translation of LibreOffice in Latvian started recently and some parts
will soon be ready. How much should be translated, before localised help
package is available in download page?

will soon be ready. How much should be translated, before localised help
package is available in download page?

Basically it is up to you. If you think that Latvian users can benefit
from the partially translated help, then let me know, and I'll include
it in the next release (3.4.4 – ~month from now).
