What OS you use? Windows? Mac? a Linux version?
For Windows, you download the package and the English help files.
_Then, you do a custom install_ so you can choose which languages you want to install. You also have a choice of x86 [32 bit version] or x86_64 [64 bit]
I do not have a Mac, but if you download its package, you should be able to download the version you want.
With Linux, you can choose a different language, the link is located at the bottom of the green boxes.
IF you are having trouble with that default download pages, you can download different version from the archive list. It is a little more steps to go through to get the version you want/need.
For a list of the different 5.3.5 versions
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.3.5.2/
for the Windows 64-bit version
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.3.5.2/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.3.5.2_Win_x64.msi
For the English help package
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.3.5.2/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.3.5.2_Win_x64_helppack_en-US.msi
For the other releases or OSs like Mac and Ubuntu [64-bit DEB version] you just need to go to the "/libreoffice/old/" window and choose the correct one you want.
