Will you accept a new additional string for 5.3 language listbox?

Hi,

To solve https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104950
I added locale data for English in Malaysia [en-MY], which currently in
5.3 is displayed as the raw language tag "en-MY" in the language
listbox. I could add the proper display string "English (Malaysia)" to
svtools/source/misc/langtab.src StringArray STR_ARR_SVT_LANGUAGE_TABLE
if translators don't object.

Opinions?

Hi,

if you are going to do it, do it quick, RC2 should already be released and
RC3 might already become the release version, so there is only one week for
all lang-teams to localize.
