Win_x86_install_multi.msi language problem on Chinese (Hong Kong)

LibreOffice now provides two Chinese languages now, one is Chinese
(simplified), the other is Chinese (traditional).
Infact, Chinese (simplified) is zh-cn, and Chinese (traditional) is zh-tw now.

Hong Kong is a place using Chinese (traditional) language, which is zh-hk.
However, since LibreOffice only provides zh-tw now, zh-tw should be
selected instead of zh-hk or zh-cn.

There are some Chinese (traditional) users in Hong Kong complaining
that installer automatically choose Chinese (simplified) for them.
How to solve this problem? Should I file a bug report for them or
inform someone who is dealing with the installer to investigate the
problem?

Thanks.

Wow, thank you for the information, Andras!

Good that you raised the issue, because this morning I got the idea how to fix it. It is fixed now in master, and I asked for review for the release branches.
