Windows Installer dialog with untranslated strings

When i run the Windows installer (LibreOffice_6.0.5_Win_x86.msi) the first dialog says:

     Windows Installer
     Preparing to install...
     Cancel

It would be nice if this was translatable.

Or perhaps just remove that dialog because its just there for a second anyway.
