Hi All,

My friend and I had been adding suggestions to the arabic translation of LibO over the last 2 weeks (since 4th of may) and all of them seem to be gone and i wondered what has happened.

I fear that those were lost, as the suggestions are not synced to the
po files on disk that are used as basis for the conversion of the
pootle projects that was done last week.

If it was lots of strings, I can look in database backups, but that is
without any guarantee.

Hi Sophie,

We submitted to 4.3 Help and 4.3 UI and unfortunately the suggests were not accepted and do not appear as they did on thursday or so.

Hi Jay,

Its sad that work can just disappear in such a fashion. Yes it was quite a
bit of work that was done in both of our accounts (ibrahimz, jphilipz) that
we were hoping to move from suggestions to submissions once we got the
necessary permissions, which unfortunately i still havent gotten.

There are 70 suggestions in help and 75 in ui

(I applied a database dump that was done in the morning before the migration)
Note that translations-test's data will not be used for the source. So
just take it as a way to fetch/copy the suggestions you did make.

Hi Jay,

I went back to the URLs and they seem to be gone as my friend still
hadnt copied over his work. Getting a 502 Bad Gateway message.

reenabled the site.
