Writer 4.4, black backgroung & above paragraph space

Hi all,
I would like to submit an annoying bug.In pur docs we are using a "Title
1" style with black background.
Title 1 has "Above paragraph" space of 2cm, and "Below paragraph" space of
1cm. Line spacing is single. No borders, black background, font color is
white.

In the latest writer 4.4.x we see a strange behaviour: if the Title 1
comes just after a page break everything is ok, the black background fills
the single text line.
if not (example, at half the page), the black baground is not just under
the text but all the space including the "Above paragraph" space.
Writer 4.3.6 works as expected, with the black background filling the
single text line.

Hope you can see the image attached here below.

Any Hint? Is it a bug?

Andrea

The ML do not accept image attachments, instead use the Nabble
<http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Writer-4-4-black-backgroung-above-paragraph-space-tp4146751.html>
web interface to the list, log-in, and upload an image for linkage there.
We'll have a look.

Thanks Stuart for your reply.
Anyway, the screenshot is not too much important, I hope the issue
description is clear.

Hope you can identify and solve the issue. This prevent us to upgrade to
the newer version of Writer.

Thanks in advance.

Yes there seems to be is a residual issue to work done for tdf#82661, but it
is a bit of a corner case

Have opened BZ issued tdf#90744
<https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90744> -- Paragraph
style with Area fill set Black incorrectly draws fill into Space Above

Please log-in and follow the BZ issue, make sure the test document I
provided matches your issue.

For now, if you simply *change the Area fill color* for your Title1 from
Black to any other color, I believe you will have desired formatting. Do
so from the Context menu "edit paragraph style", or from the Sidebar ->
Styles and Formatting content panel and Modify the Title1 style object.
