Dear Simon,

I know that you are going on holiday some time at the end of March and coming
back in early April, but I don't know the actual dates, so hope that we are in
time to say, "Have a really good holiday, enjoy the 'Here & Now' and don't think
about anything else". If you are in Thailand for the 3rd April, "Happy Birthday
from us both".
